Lovable Leroy is looking for his forever home. Could it be yours?
I love Leroy
And you would too if you met him. Leroy sauntered into the studio like he owned the place and adapted very quickly to our studio strobes and seamless paper backdrop. I had chosen a particular shade of blue for his session, knowing that he would be wearing his gorgeous red coat. The color combination did not disappoint!
And it's bad, bad, Leroy Brown
If you're familiar with the song by Jim Croce, you understand the heading above. However, THIS Leroy is not bad. THIS Leroy is very, very good. He stood, sat, tilted his head, looked in certain directions on cue -- he was perfect during his photography session.
Leroy might be looking for a treat. ;-)
Meaner than a junkyard dog?
Hardly! Look at this smooshy face! Leroy's foster mom and I had such a great time during his session, and I think he did too. At first he was a little hesitant when I was standing over him with my camera, but he clearly found something hilarious as evidenced in the middle image above.
Leroy loves peanut butter!
Lovable Leroy is looking for his forever home
While Leroy adores his foster mom, he would love to find his forever home. He is available through Austin Bulldog Rescue and you can learn more about him here. He is estimated to be three years old, and is good with other dogs but not cats. He is a strong dog and would be best in a home with older children or just adults. He is very active, and hunting lizards is one of his favorite past times, while hunting bubbles is not. He was rather suspicious of them.
